Printing multiple worksheets on one page but not every worksheet

Hello,

I have a workbook with many worksheets. I need to print every other worksheet on one page. Is there a way to do this within excel or using VB and if the latter only, please tell steps to do it. I am VB newbie. Many thanks and regards. ~ds

Welcome to the forums!

Unfortunatley, unlike Word, XL only lets you set what range of pages/sheets you want to print and not pick and choose. Ideally, you would set the page settings on each individual sheet so that it was sized to fit, and then you would do a print, choosing the "Entire Workbook" option, and then choose the odd(or even) pages to print. But the last option doesn't exit. =(

Now, you could record a macro of yourself printing off each sheet. That might do the trick for you. Hopefully, it's okay to setup the page settings before/outside of the macro. Having to alter page settings via VB is very slow (it's related to having to access the printer driver...). In the end, your record macro will just be a series of worksheet selections, and then prints.
