printing 2 more sets of filtered data on same sheet

while filtering the data , is it possible to print 2 or more different sets of filtered data on the same sheet without copying the set of data

If they are small enough sets, your best bet might be to use the camera tool to position both sets of data on a single page.

dear luke,

thanx for the info.

it has been of partial help. the camera is not taking filtered data. is there any other alternative.

You need to setup the picture link before applying the filter. Then, you can apply the filter, and the picture link will adjust to match.

1. Copy first range of data (unfiltered)

2. Setup 1st picture link

3. Filter first range of data

4. Copy second range of data (unfiltered)

5. Setup 2nd picture link

6. Filter 2nd range of data

Then no, there is no way to print something that isn't existing at the same time. You'll need to copy it somewhere, or create some formulas to do the filtering. Or, just filter for both sets of info at the same time?? The more I think about your question, the more I wonder what sort of layout you were imagining...
