Hi everyone,
I am using Excel 2010. I have a excel sheet that contains cells that gathers data from sources like Thomson Reuters and the like. The sheet is problemless, I am sure of that. However for other purposes I have pasted a table from this sheet to a word document. I have used Paste Special - Paste Link - Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object. The word document updates itself successfully when I change the excel file. However, when I print the word file, cells lose their color and printed in grayscale. You might think that I did not set the printer's settings correctly but I did since when I paste the same table from the same excel sheet to word as a picture, the print out is full of colors.Just pasted the table to powerpoint wih the same paste procedure. The print out was with colors, no grayscaling.
I appreciate all the help, this problem is just making my hair fall out. Thanks
.
I hope I could explain my problem clearly. If not please ask for clarifications.
