Hi,
Every 2 weeks, I need to print an Overtime Form which contains a simple form that shows how much overtime my labor gets paid. As there is limited information (employee name, period of overtime and the amount), the printable form is very small - maximum the size of a traditional photo size 5x7.
I have 40+ employees - whose overtime numbers differ every 2 weeks - and this is populated in an Excel Table (columnar data).
I know VLOOKUP can do the job of looking up the actual numbers. However, because of the form size (I haven't decided if this is to be in Excel or Word - via Mail Merge?) - I would need to copy paste VLOOKUP in each form for each employee (if they are in Excel).
Next month - I will have 30+new labor.
So, I am wondering if there is a more elegant way to achieve this.
