Print a data on both side on page for save page

Dear sir,

please find the attached sheet.there are 20 pages in sheet.i want take print out of first page no 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19.so on ..then i want take print out on back side of page

2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20.........so on i am doing manually....
