Print a cell when i click on in on POS Printer

I am trying to print a cell value on click and this is to be done on an EPSON Thermal Printer. Is it possible to give this same command via excel online? Please help!

Excel Online? I don't think that's possible using traditional methods.

Though I've not tested out Office Add-ins using JavaScript API.

It may be possible, but it's relatively new model and I'm not expert in web development.
