Previous Sheet Macro

Hi,

I'm seeking a Macro that can be used in any workbook that I open which will allow me to go back to the previous selected sheet. My workbooks tend to have 20+ sheets and going back and forth to review formulas and variations in the formatting gets tedious when you have to navigate by selecting the tabs or Ctrl Pageup/Pagedown buttons.

I would like the macro to be stored in the Personal.XLSB, usuable in any workbook/worksheet, able to be used rapid fire (added to the QuickAccess toolbar as a button)for one click using.

Any help would be appreciated.
