Preventing changing name of tabs

Hi again,

First of all thanks for all the help on these various questions.
I have a workbook that is using VBA to allow for collapsing/expanding a protected worksheet. However as this macro is run when the file is open it is dependent on the naming of the tabs being correct. Is there a way to not allowing the users to change the name of a worksheet / tab
