Prevent Paste special values in DATA VALIDATION

Is any possibility available to prevent user to paste special values in DATA VALIDATION CELL. ( Am having macro that prevent copy paste only)

If you have macro to prevent copy paste, then with slight modification, you just need slight modification (how much, will depend on your code)
