Prevent Entry Data By Multiple Conditions

Hello My Dear I Want Your Help To Prevent Entry Data from Input Sheet in cell D10 & D12 for the Same Hotel Name which Entry in cell D6 from the Same Sheet
if room number bigger than Allotment for Each Hotel Name Sheet for each Month which from C49 : AG49 For May 2022 ,C94 : AG94 For June 2020 ....etc
I don't Want number in Picked Up Row Bigger than Allotment Row
Note that there will be a separate page for each Hotel & When I put Data from Input Sheet it will go to Rooming List Sheet

it's was Form In Input Sheet ,I Want Prevent Entry In cell D10 & D12 with cell D6 For Hotel Name from this Form if Row for Picked Up equal Allotment Row in the sheet for the Same Hotel Name Because Picked Up Row Must Smaller Than Or Egual Allotment Row Not Bigger Than It for any Day From Any Month and every table for month in hotel name sheet
