Prevent Duplicates

Please assist

Range B6:B704 C6:C704 G6:G704 cannot have duplicates

i have tried data validation and condition formatting. maybe i did it wrongly

It seems to be working... it won't allow duplicates in either of those columns:


I suppose this isn't what you meant... could you elaborate?

column G has the same data with column B which is not suppose to and considered as a duplicate
