Preparation of Monthly Attendance Data

Dear All,

1. Pivot table displays # Null value. This is occurred due to correcting of entry belong to “TEJPAL MALLIAH” into single row. (or may be any other options to correct this without COLUMN B)
2. The names in the heading are not accurately taken (may be the formula to be corrected in work sheet named “TRIAL WITH TEJPAL”
3. In the Mode 1 column, there are 4 fields, Entry, Exit, Invalid door and Disable Card. Here, data is not indexed properly and output is broken. (May be my formula needs little bit of more accuracy). If the formula has been corrected, then total no of columns coming in each days in the pivot table will also be reduced.
4. The names starting with Visitor and Holder Name are to be omitted in the Pivot table.
5. The Incoming time is 9.30 AM in the morning for all employees. Here, I want to generate the report of each employee for a particular month for the late entries and the difference as per sample attached named Tejpal.
5. I tried a little bit, but not able to do so and not so expert in Pivot table.
It will be too good if solution is available without any macro.
Pls spare your valuable time to look through this and suggest any comments / solutions so that my little problem can be solved.

Excuses for incomplete thread. Pls ignore the previous one.

For generation of monthly attendance, I am getting the row data of employees from a software (as per attachment). For one Particular employee named “TEJPAL MALLIAH”, the entire data of ENTRY and EXIT has been split into two rows each while downloading. i.e, 2 rows for Entry and two rows for Exit. (Rows Marked in Yellow Colour). For correcting this, I have used IF two times, keeping one row blank. Then I created work sheet named Pivot Table for getting the final monthly attendance report of each employee. Here, I found the following :-
