Powerpivot Formula

Hi everyone,


I am new on this forum. I just sign up for Power pivot classes. I am currently building BI infrastructure and Scorecards.

We chose powerpivot as our BI tool.


I build several scorecard. However, I have 2 questions for you guys.


I was not able to compute the median though powerpivot. I tried many things (Topn; SumX etc)

My goal is to compute median prices of houses in the real estate market. (I have several filter in slicers (provinces, times, homes types etc...)


My second problem is to compute weighted average price of houses. On excel I am using a sumproduct combined with a sum or count. I am pretty good at excel but I am quite a beginner in dax formulas.
