PowerPivot - add YTD at end of pivot table showing months

Hi,

I am very new to PowerPivot, but have been using Pivot tables for years, so have an understanding of how they work generally.

I am trying to create a pivot table (and chart) that after the user has filtered by Quarter the month counts show up with the total YTD at the end.

I have saved the data into PowerPivot tables and calculated the YTD using the formula

YTD:=CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Incidents'[Inc#]), DATESYTD('Dates'[Date],"30/6/2004"))

This works well, but I am unsure how to produce the chart I need using the resultant table.
I have attached the example of the data table and chart that I am hoping to get and a copy of the actual table that I have managed to get via the PowerPivot tables.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If it helps that I post actual data please let me know, I haven't as the spreadsheet that I am working with is 4mb.

Thanks for reading!

Lisa
