Power Query table transform

Hello, I'm trying to achieve this transformation with the transform utility when importing an Excel table to Power BI. No luck so far, so I would appreciate any tip, or even better a solution using the attached excel file

I've done the transformation in PQ in your excel workbook. I assume you can replicate it in the PQ editor in Power BI if that's where you need it. It's just an unpivot and then pivot on the Type column.
