Power Query Merge two or more rows

Hi, I am trying to clean some data points which I copy from a webpage which I cant access directly from PQ, after pasting data into excel few data splits into multiple rows. I want to merge the rows back to its original row. Please refer the screenshot and sample file. Is it doable in PQ? I think if this can be achieved from PQ then it will be a big learning step.

Hi,
Can't you include your query? Will be easier to see the pattern. Like this there is not a lot to work with and detect how the data can be combined correctly.
