Power Pivot

I want to make relationship of these two sheets by using function power pivot on Excel 2010 but I found error "The relationship cannot be created because each column contains duplicate values. Select at lease one column that contains only unique values." Please suggest how can I do.

Create third table to join existing 2. Decide which columns will be used for joining tables.

Lets say, Column A on both Table1 & 2 contain Employee# and you want to pull info based on that from both tables.

Copy somewhere in same workbook, Column A values from both Table 1 & Table 2. Then use remove duplicate to make all values unique (good idea to add index column beside it) and make it a table.

Then use the column from Table 3 to join Table 1 & 2.
