Populating Result from Master Data

Hi Excel Gurus,

I have been working on this file from a month and still have a lot of things to be done. In the attached file, I want 2 things to be done:
1. In 1st worksheet (Daywise View) I want if I select the month, ONLY the training names should get reflected for each day of the month (and NOT the trainers Names). The result should be from the fourth sheet "Calendar" A4 to A110 only. I do not want the off days to be calculated like I have in "Trainers Schedule".
2. Secondly, instead of having a dropdown box for selecting the month on each worksheet, I want buttons, where I can just click on month and it displays the result.

Can someone please work on this and even teach me how they did it. Since I am an amateur and learning excel, I will not be able to do this on my own.
