Pointer issues

I have a dynamic chart that is controlled by a drop down list. When I select the drop down arrow and try to select from the list my pointer changes to this.

The other drop down menus in separate sheets are fine. Any help would be appreciated.

If You try to make a new 'drop down' in that file, do it act like 'normal'?
... and without to see that file, it's a challenge to figure 'what'.
Some objects has setting eg for mouse pointer.

I have attached the file for you to view. The drop down list is in the tab labeled "RN Nurse Indicator", in cell B1. This is the only tab that has the issue.

Is there 'some' calculations ... formulas?
If so ... then there were somewhere 'some kind of loop' ...
after set calculation to manual and back to automatic ... it seems to work.
If still same kind of challenge then
'while make changes eg to B1' You should control calculation.
...
Your version has ActiveX-components ... then I can use that 'read-only'.
Try that 'calculation' manual-automatic ...

if works ... then smile
otherwise ask again
