PM templates - documentation???

This weekend, I purchased both of the PM template packs for $50. I've been going through some of them and they look nice, however, there is NO documentation to guide you through "best practices" of how to uses these. For example, if you make a modification, it could either mess up a dashboard or you might want to have that change reflected on the dashboard.

Without some sort of docs, I'm not sure I can use these effectively.

Are there any docs?
