Pls Confirm this is Possible in Excel VBA

Hi All,
Pls Confirm is this possible in excel vba,
in Folder "A" i have around 4000 xlsx files, based of file name begins with first 5 numbers it should move to new folder.
Ex - the file name will be like - "12345_ADCG.xlsx" or "67543_GRTR.xlsx" i has file contain only that first five digits "12345" in A Column, if the file name first 5 digits match the cell value 5 digits the files should move to new folder. this is possible need help on this..
