You're not the only one, I'm getting errors like Oops post not sent too, so i end up duplicating posts as well, but after review i delete those, for sake of clarity and neatness.

Have You tried to report those Your noticed system errors somewhere?
... eg to Staff Members.
Do You have possibility to delete those Yourself?
 
I noticed this error first time and didn't report to anyone yet.
And unable to delete the post from my end.

You have there Report -option.
I've never tested it, but please test it.
It could send somewhere it
... and You could add in Your thread those Staff Members too.

Exactly am getting same error, then i start deleting duplicated posts like now even.... and when i will post reply it will oops me again....chandooerror.png
