Hi all

I have a problem creating a pivot table hope someone could help me... I really don't know what to do.
So I have a table with 5000 rows and 40 something columns from which I will only use 6 more or less. Columns are Month, Shop, Product 1, Product 2, Product 3 and Product 4.

What i need to create is a pivot table showing each shop with the totals of one month and the fours previous ones (just for information) but , and here comes the complication, it has to be sorted ascending or descending ONLY by the month in actually showing.

Is it something it can be done, or am I asking something impossible

Many Thanks to all in advance

PS. I have attached a file of how it should look, hope that helps.

Hi Vletm,

Thanks for your quick response.
Unfortunately its not what i need :(
So the idea is that if i choose January total sales for each shop should be sorted ascending or descending, the other months don't need to be, they are in the pivot just for information.

Thanks again :)

hmm? ...
That pivot table looked almost as Your 'How the pivot table should look'-sample.
If other months no need to be there then those can unselect from there!

What would You like to sort? Shops or something else?
If Shops then 'Shop names' gotta modify.
If something else ... then gotta know/tell exact 'what?'
