1) Do Your backup have same unwanted feature?
2) You have 'minimally save' file there are You see. Do It work [better]?
3) There should also be other saves, if You have set that feature.

I am not able to save in any case.

1) Backup ... many cases many take backups hourly... daily. How about You?
2) Didn't that 'message' try to say that it saves something? Have You check it?
3) Depends system or settings there could be different versions of You file which seems to have ... challenge. Could You ask from someone more near, from people who works with those? That file looks not personal file.
