Pivots in Excel 2003

I am creating a pivot table dynamically in Excel 2003. The page filter does not have an option of multi select? Is it possible to do this programmatic ally in Excel 2003

Excel 2007 however supports multiselect in page fields
 
Not really. If you double click on the Page Field, you can choose to hide certain fields from the dropdown, which might get you close the to functionality you have in 2007. This was one of the nice fetures added in 2007. =/
