Pivot tables source location change - Help

I work in a Microbiology department of manufacturing company I have a number of excel spreadsheets of environmental data for the different areas etc (i.e One for Non-Sterile production one for sterile etc) and another set of workbooks which contain charts of trends of this data (Again a separate workbook for each department). These were stored on the server under a "G:" drive and therefore the source code for the pivot tables within the chart workbooks linked directly to the path on the G:drive, the data was lost after a cyber attack but we managed to retrieve it, as currently there is no G:drive I'm trying to change the location of the source files, the trends were all kept in one folder and the data in another. when changing the source code I get the message "The data source of a PivotTable connected to filter controls that are also connected to other PivotTables cannot be changed..."

Is there a way on changing the source without having to unlink/relink and without using VBA? would it be easily to keep them in the same source folder (The collection of raw data and trend charts?), the pivot tables are in the trend chart workbooks but are sourced to the raw data)

Many Thanks

The files are too large to attach.

Even if I have them both in the same folder (Both Raw data workbook and Chart Workbook) I still need to unlink everything because the pivot tables within the workbook are link via timelines and slicers because these relate to a number of charts. Is there a way of changing the file location without unlinking?
