Hello! First time poster. Joined this website to try and get some of my issues solved so bear with me if I don't explain things very well.
One of the challenges i'm running into is trying to consolidate some data into a pivot table.
At my previous job, our forecasting tool had inputs for a given project (hours in a given month, etc) and would then update a pivot table in a corresponding tab. I am trying to create a similar model (only on a much smaller and simpler scale) at my new job
I am confused as to how it would be possible to do this as i thought that pivot data had to be in a true flat file. Basically i am curious about a way to make a pivot table out of the attached image (all hypothetical data) - ideally there would be multiple inputs like this across multiple tabs as we build forecasts for each of our projects
