I struggle in two problems, would any experts have idea to solve them
1) how to share same slicer between 2 tables without changing the table format?
I know how to connect the slicer, but the problem is when I change the 1st table by quarter, then the 2nd table is also change to by quarter format. Actually I wanna show the 1st table is by quarter then the 2nd table is by month such Jan 2014, Feb 2014, Mar 2014...
2) any method can add % difference between same quarter of two years? e.g. 1-Q 2014 vs 1-Q 2013
