Pivot Table Security

I have created a large pivot table extracting the data from an external DB. This report is to be used by an end user on a regular basis. I would like the user to have the ability to refresh the data only. Is there an option to do this in Excel 2010?

I am not sure about the inbuilt features on this, but one should be there like protection or restriction of query etc.


Well, here is one possible I would try is to password protect the sheet, and have one command button in has vba code to refresh PT on click. Also, you may have to add lines to unprotect and protect before and after the refresh command.
