Pivot Table Query

When I am trying to Pivot Table on an m.s. office excel 2003 containing of 41689 data an error shows that: - A field in your source data has more unique items that can be used in a Pivot Table report. Microsoft Office excel may not be able to create the report, or may create without the data from this field. I will be very thankful to you if you kindly solve this problem for me.
