Pivot table Query- Top 4 items ignoring selected items from the list

Hello Friends,

Please see the attached spreadsheet.

I have a pivot table showing Top 4 customers based on the Sales figures. To get the Top 4 items from the source data is straight forward. But I need to get the Top 4 customers ignoring certain customers from the Source data. That is without deleting the certain customers i dont want to appear on the Top 4, from the source file.

Is this achievable without creating additional helper columns ?

Thanks

Hi Ecel Dumbo,

Try following the instruction here, i don't think there is any need for helper column:

Un-check "Ex" will remove it from Pivot Table that is your requirement.
