Hi,
I am having a pivot table in my workbook, when I run a macro the data source(sheet1) of pivot table (PT) will be updated. Modules is the row label, status is the column label. Whenever I refresh the pivot table,(after macro run) the modules and status will be changed. I want to keep the status in same order. Listed below the two issues I am facing at this moment in time.
Issue 1.
Module names are getting displayed even though if there is no such module in the updated data source (sheet1). I want the pivot table to display the row labels ONLY with updated module names.
Issue 2.
I have six statuses in PT column. Passed, Failed, In progress, Blocked, Deferred, Not tested. I want these statuses in same order as I mentioned. And all statuses may not have values, but I want to keep the status as zero.
Please reply if you have any questions.
