Pivot table formula issue

Dear all expert user here i want a small help from you guys

I have created a pivot table with three major row lables:-
1. O&M
2. Project
3. RSPCL-jaipur

And column lable of "Benefit type" in which i have created a fliter to show field namely
basic slalary, allowances and Perks, Incentives, Leave salary and then next column "Emplyoees PF" using a formula (Calculated items) [formula is ='BASIC SALARY' *0.12].

But when i applied this formula it disturbed my Row lables as its now showing various projects under head "O&M", similary in head "Project" and "RSPCL-Jaipur".

i only want the formula to be applied to "O&m" , "projects", "RSPCL-Jaipur" separately.

please also see the snapshot of the problem mentioned and plz help.

Is it possible to upload this file? In case you do not want to post original data then probably you can post fake data.

Ok As per your comment i have created a dummy data sheet with same sample data and created pivot table with same formula.

When i do not apply formula in column "Employee PF" the major heads "O&M", "Projects","RSPCL-Jaipur" show only data of O&M,Project,and RCPCL-jaipur, but after applying formula it is showing projects data in head "O&M" and vice versa.

Hi Shashwat,

If you do not want 0 fields to be appear, then you need to Select field: Location2


Click on Row Labels==> Value Filters==> Does not Equal


then type 0
