Pivot Table for counting conditional Text in a Column

Dear Friends

Attaching excel working with table & required output
Want to get this output using Pivot table so that end user can get resultant data using double click on Number shown in Pivot table
I tried creating using Calculated Formula option in Pivot table but unfortunately failed

Now you need to explain the rules behind why there's a zero (circled in your output table); I've filtered the input table to show only related information:

No of Flag is 0
No "NEW" & "Existing" Flag type in Stage 3 with Nature Y

Sir Flag Type we have in stage 3 is " New (repeat) " & " Existing (repeat) " where nature is Y
if we have only NEW & Existing then i should be 2
