Pivot table Field data

Hi!
I am working with a big file. One of the columns is "Period" which initially had the data from 1 to 12. When the scope of this file changed and I wanted to get multiple year's data I changed the Perios values to Jan2014, Feb2014 .....However when I go to filter in the pivot table for period it is still showing me the previous numbers 1 to 12 and the current period values. How can I get rid of the earlier values?
Thanks

Right click on Pivot Table>>Pivot Table Options>>
Go To Data Tab >> Set "No of items to retain per field" to "None"
Refresh Pivot Table

See enclosed picture for help.

And you are done.

Thanks, Ajesh
