pivot table dates - displaying month/year

Hi - I have been working through one of Chandoo's excellent dashboard videos, and trying to replicate a spreadsheet. The dates in my pivot table only show month, not month/year, and hence the dashboard is inaccurate. The settings in terms of grouping, start and finish date seem to be exactly the same as in Chandoo's workbook, however there they are showing correctly. What I am doing wrong?

Hi ,

This is to inform those who do not have Excel 2013 not to download this file , since having been created using Excel 2013 , it cannot be updated using any earlier version of Excel.
