Hi,
My pivot table show Count of Incident_ID by Month and Year.
I have the ID with duplicates which I gain from an Access DB.
1 Connection gives me the grand total of 23000 as an example.
I would like to have a second pivot tables showing with duplicates removed.
2nd Connection would give me a for example a grand total of 18000 as 5000 records are duplicates.
Do you know how I can show unique Incident_ID as a count in a pivot table.
1. Do I need to do this in Access.
2. Do I need to do this via MS query
3. do I have a simple option in excel for the pivot table to show only Unique Incident_IDs only.
Regards,
Ian.
