Pivot Table-Calculated Item-% of gross margin in a ROW-percentages in summary and total columns

Please see the attached file
the calculation of a gross profit % in the Grand Total column is what I need to do.
I can write the calculated item easily but when I include it in the pivot table
the percentage in the Grand Total column
is the SUM of all the percentages in the regions 25.0 + 27.9 + 24.9
instead of being calculated as =183046170 / 707967900
HELP PLEASE how did you do this???

Using PowerPivot and DAX might be recommended here. If you have it on your ribbon. Depends on your version.
