Pivot chart

hello,

I was wondering if you could help me in an analysis iv'e to do...

I have 2 sorts of data to compare and i get the results in an xlx form, but after processing the info, I come up with 'NA' fields in my pivot chart.


SATISFACTION : To what extent is each functionality helping in your daily work and in reaching your goals? (This question has these answers {To a high extent ; Quite a lot ; To some degree ; Not at all ; I don't know this functionality}


VERSUS


Would you say that you know Essence (Pivotal)

{Answers are Very well Pretty well Not so well Not at all}


Grateful if you could give me some ideas as to how to proceed.

Welcome to the forums!!


These are two different question. I am unable to find any link in between them so how you are going to compare them?? Comparison is always on similar grounds.


BTW reading the three green sticky posts on the forums home page will help you allot. Please upload a sample file with access made to public so that it could be downloaded and look-into.


PS. I think you are getting NA Error due to fields that don't overlap. Plz upload a sample file.
