Pivot chart

Hi All,

I have created a pivot table based charts which have some negative values, for e.g in pivot table I have ...'name of the collector's' in row label, and in values tab I have, Sum of invoice amount (+ve), Sum of Payment (-ve) and Sum of balance (+ve).
I have created line chart with this data, but I want to show all amounts in +ve in the chart ...is it possible.

Please help

but what I am looking for is I do not want to show the values in -ve, is there a way to show these values in +ve only in pivot chart.
 
Hi Deepak,

Please find attached chart which i have prepared. the green line shows the Payment received but that in -ve as these are credit amounts and i have shown it on secondary axis but its not giving a correct picture., what I need is graph shall automatically show the payment in +ve instead of -ve. also attaching a file for your reference.

Hi Prashantvk123

I have added a calculated field with formula =ABS('Sum of Payment 0325' ) to convert the negative values to positive and then plotted pivot chart. please see if it helps.

Thanks a lot Faseeh,,, thats excatly what i needed..

Could you plase advice where u have put the formula as in the excel sheet i could not find it...
