Personel name as per manager name

Hi All,

I am looking for a solution where , person id should reflect as per name of manager.


We have a data as per site,function,manager name,person ids and month


So if we select month ,site,function and manger in that particular function, we should get all person ids reflecting under that particular manager.


Any help will be appreciated.

Hi GraH,


This is good but have some shortcoming like we need to find Manager name to type in D3 (I know in my sheet we have same manager name in all functions, like in Mkt we have John only )


But in real scenario we have multiple manager in single function. So need something , where when we select site and function then only those manager name should display in Manager name field , who are belong to that function and site.


I have change the raw sheet to reflect more than one manager in each function .


Can you please check it again.

Hi, not sure I asked you before... Would you be able to use Power Query?
Currently a bit short in time to find the formulae you are after (doable, but I'm not able to write those on the fly).

i dont have power query...by the way i am ablt to do it via creating pivot and then use slicer to update my table .....many thanks
