Percentage of time calculation based on two dates

Dear All,

I am looking for an Excel based template or formula for below Scenario:

Scenario:

Our project deadline or the cutover starts on 1st Nov 2014 and there are 5 work stream project plans. Each Project has to deliver its task and adjust to the master Programme plan to be on track as per the plan which have to resolve the dependencies on the critical path that may be identified or forecasted or come to the notice as surprise.

Expectations:

1. To capture and monitor project dependencies.
2. Each task has a baseline start/finish date and Fore-casted Start/Finish Dates. Based on these dates and actual task completion dates can we calculate the Percentage of Completion of the task per overall Programme Plan?
3. How do we calculate total days or duration left in hand before the final target cut-over date to complete the tasks or solve the dependencies?

Could you pls help me with template or Excel formula to meet the expectations?
