Percentage Formatting

I want to change percentage format as shown in the attached file in power query / DAX. In the attached file :

B column - Actual data
C column - Required Output

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Thank you for reply.

I used your "conditional format" formula in my report (Excel & DAX) . But giving wrong result.

in Excel --- "30.00%" is showing as "30.00%" instead "30%".
in DAX (Power BI) --- Showing wrong result.

Please look into it and share Solutions for Excel & DAX .

I don't know what's with the MOD function returning what it does for 30% so I've altered the CF formula to an alternative way to find the MOD in the attached.
If you want me to explore a DAX solution attach a file with something in the Data Model or a PowerBI file which your picture seems it might be from.
