Hi

Firstly welcome to Chandoo.org Forums

before you posting a question, you need to read the 4 green Sticky Key of the forum Rules.

It is better to give the more details,& you will get the better replays from the Forum Readers and Ninja's

Always try to submit the Sample Workbook, which is helpful to Forum Readers

I have posted my query in an elaborate way ...

To automate a reminder for Software License Renewal, I am simulating a criteria to generate a Mail Link that takes input for the Receiver Name, Subject and Body from the Excel cells (Similar to the Birthday Reminder in this site). In the body of the message I need to send the Expiry Date of the Software. In the genarted mail link, the date field is substituted as a Number instead of a Date in the body.

I would like to know the exact syntax and special handling (if any) to send it as a date. Sample worksheet can be referred with the below link.
