Hi kalpeshpatel,

What i can understand from the post is that you either want to print the row and column titles (Column A-onward and row 1-onward) in your print or they are being printed and you want to remove them?? Is it so??

You can print dialog where you select number of copies, printer, number of pages, in that same dialog under print what section you have options like

current page,

print from 1 - 10 pages, etc.,

you will also have "selected area only" choose that radio button.

PS: Missed to mention you need to select the range you need to print before giving print command. The range needs to be continous,

PSS: I mean you cannot use Cntrl and select multiple cells, only the first selected range will print.

Hi Prasad ,

You might want to check the following :

http://www.uwec.edu/help/Excel07/pr-basic.htm

There are other ways of doing it ; just google :

print non-contiguous range excel
