Overlapping times with two criteria

Hi all,

Can I use formula to identify whether a customer reference has been included in more than one fault report during the same time period or overlapping time period.
This means I need to identify whether the customer ref appears multiple times in the data and then identify if the reported and cleared time overlap any other entries for that customer.

Basically I am trying to identify duplicate customers reports within the same/overlapping time period. I have a sumproduct that identifies all the overlaps but do not know how to add the criteria of the customer reference.

Any help is much appreciated.

Just add the customer reference to the SUMPRODUCT formula, as (Customer=CustomersList)
For a better explanation I recommend you upload a sample file of how your data looks like.
 
Thanks, for answering Haz. I had solved it by doing exactly that. Sometimes it just takes asking the question to get your brain working.
