Hi,


I am looking for some solution/code for outlook.


I want to send some data to someone for his review.


That person will review and approve or decline the data.


So we need something , if person decide to approve he/she will click on the link (which we provide) called “Approve” and then mail will be trigger to me and 2 other persons.


If he/she decide to click on decline link then blank mail will be generated with same email ids to that person mentioning , “Please provide reasons for decline”.


And then he/she will send the email.


Please suggest some ideas .
