Dear Experts

Need your help in generating the Org Chart from Data base.

The issue is I am not aware of number of level and the data base in three column only and sub ordinate might be managing other sub ordinate.

Attaching herewith the sample input and out put file.

Hi !

As there is no answer, it seems your initial post is unclear !

First is it a subject on how to create a chart (manually)
so here it is not the appropriate forum
or just a question of VBA code ?

Don't forget the use of Macro recorder when creating your chart,
you will have your own free base code !

Hi Marc

I am sorry if its confusing

I am not looking for the chart , I just need to re arrange the data in sheet .

To make things clear I have also added the example work sheet

So as it seems nobody understood your needs,
you must crystal clear explain here the Logic
between source and result worksheets …

Without any crystal clear explanation about the Logic
between both worksheets, who may help ? The Doctor !?

ok thanks for being candid , I will try to do my level best to explain further.

I have data in one work sheet where I have three column , First column has data of Manager third column has data of sub ordinate second column is just the info that first column person manages the third person.

I have some 2000 odd lines in my data .

The out put I am looking for is to identify who the parent is of the group and arrange the data in hireachy.

The challenge here is the Manager who is in column 1 can also be a sub ordinate to another manager and we do not know how many level in the data.

For example

A manages B
B manages C
and D manages A then the data I have is as below

A supervise B
B supervise C
D supervise A

The out put I am looking for is

D=>A=>B=>C

Ok, it's less cloudy now …

In real data, manager D is always before any subordinate within cells range
like H00004RH in your sample ?

As result worksheet of your sample is not accurate,
better is to attach a new workbook with complete results
from source worksheet !
For sure the reason why nobody understood your need …

Some source data missing in result worksheet !

So what are the rules ?
As a better initial post and an accurate workbook help
to get a quicker and closer response …
