Optimising a data model

Kamo

Member
Hello,
I don't know how to present my data model.
I have tested 2 ways in Power BI file
In the first model, I have a single table linked to 2 filters.
As you can see, the filters do not work independently.

In the 2nd model, it works as desired but I had to duplicate the main table.
I think there is a better way to organize the data model but I am not sure how.

Does anyone have any tips on how to optimize the model?

Thanks in advance for your help

Kamo,
A bit shot on time. My take on it, you should have 2 team in the fact table (away and home). Then your slicers could work independently.

Thank you Grah Guido for your answer,
If I put 2 teams in one table, I don't know how to get the same visual of my visual with all results in a row

Do you have a sample file for the demonstration?

Thanks in advance
