Operating Lease reports Format

Hi,

I'm new to this group, joined recently. And Chandoo.org is doing the magnificent job and helping us to find new opportunities.

I'm currently with finance team and our office is located in various locations. And with each building will be having various vendors. My Job is to maintain a report with lease details with respective vendors and prepare the monthly rentals.

Need your help or any excel format if any.

To be honest, I have no clue what data is required for a lease template so I'm guessing but here's a sample file I drew up.

Hi,

Actually, we have many buildings for lease and we are paying rental for the same. My job is to extract all the financial information's from lease agreement and to prepare Lease operations report; for eg; (how much rent have paid so far, what is the current rent to be paid and future rent to be paid till lease end date). we are preparing it in INR and later will be converted with US Dollar.

I have attached the report and what we maintain, I need to simplify more and can provide location wise rent break-up details.

Tried to open one of the zip files. It crashes my machine. Suggest instead of full files, that you upload a smaller sample file. It is not necessary to see all the data, but only a representative sample. Try to be specific about which data you wish to extract from each file. Our guessing at what information you want will only delay and confuse. If you prepare additionally a sample of what you want the output to look like for the sample of data you provide, it will help to provide you with a good solution.

Hi Alan,

Thank you very much for your efforts. I have enclosed a sample file which will give a brief about the report. What all I need is to prepare a report on monthly, Qtrly, annual rental flow report for all our office located in different locations.
I'm here as lease administrator (to extract all information from lease agreement document) and to prepare a lease renal report. Rental report from Lease start date till lease expiry (which will have details on Area SqFt, cost per Sqft, maintenance, parking charges and so on.

Need your guidance on preparing the report.

Your file has no data in it. I don't know what is supposed to be in the months cells. I really don't know what you are looking for. I would urge you to create a file that reflects what you want your report to look like. Post that along with your raw data that was used to create the report. Make it only sample size. We can not read your mind as to what is important to you. What the raw data looks like or what you want the end result to look like. We can help you get there, but you must show us what you want.
